Trampoline Service

When you purchase a trampoline from 12SPRINGS, you are buying a durable product for years of fun. However, if something gets damaged due to circumstances beyond your control, such as storm damage, firework damage, or vandalism, we can replace all parts as needed. In many cases, a professional repair is a much more cost-effective option. Since our production is based in the Netherlands, we can carry out most repairs efficiently in-house.

Trampoline Jump Mat Repair

We can repair damages such as burn holes, tears (up to approximately 5 cm), and loose stitching. If you notice any damage, do not delay in getting it repaired, as the risk of further tearing increases over time. Repairing a jump mat is always cheaper than replacing it.

We only repair jump mats from the brands Elfje, 12SPRINGS, and Akrobat.

Trampoline Frame Pad Repair

We can professionally repair loose stitching, tears, or defective pad fastenings by restitching, replacing segments, or performing localized repairs. If your trampoline is damaged, do not wait and contact your dealer or us directly.

Trampoline Assembly

A clear assembly manual is provided with the trampoline. However, if you prefer to have the trampoline assembled for you, this is usually possible. Please inquire about the options available.

Trampoline Maintenance

Regularly check your trampoline to ensure safety:

  • Inspect the jump mat for holes, small tears, loose stitching, and excessive wear.
  • Ensure that the frame pad is in good condition and securely attached.
  • Check the area around the trampoline to ensure no objects are placed nearby that could cause injury.
  • Inspect the frame and springs for any defects.

Trampoline Cleaning

The jump mat and frame pad can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge and lukewarm water. Do not use solvents, dishwashing liquid, or detergent powder. If you want to clean the frame pad more thoroughly in spring, mix some green soap with lukewarm water. After cleaning, rinse the trampoline with a garden hose to remove all soap residues.

To remove leaves and twigs from your trampoline, you can use a soft broom, a leaf blower, or a garden hose. To prevent dirt and leaves from accumulating, a protective cover can be used.

Important Notes

  • If your garden has an irrigation system, ensure that the sprinklers are adjusted so they do not spray the trampoline. Groundwater can contain high amounts of iron, which may cause surface rust and brown stains on the trampoline frame.
  • Avoid contact with weed killers, as these aggressive chemicals can damage the trampoline frame pad.

Airtrack Maintenance

The PVC material used for your Airtrack is highly durable and has a long lifespan. Proper care will help maintain this quality. Be sure to read the manual carefully before using your Airtrack. Before storing it, ensure it is clean and dry. Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. If the Airtrack is very dirty, we recommend cleaning it with a cloth or sponge and lukewarm water. If you choose to use a cleaning agent, make sure it is a mild one, such as green soap.

Airtrack Repair

If your Airtrack is slowly deflating, we recommend first checking the valve. It may have loosened while connecting or disconnecting the pump, allowing air to escape. If necessary, the valve can be replaced.

For a detailed explanation of what to do if your Airtrack deflates, please refer to this article.

If there is a puncture and you are unable to repair it yourself after reading the guide, you can send the Airtrack to us for professional repair.

To do so, contact us by phone at +31 318-512614 or send an email with your details to info@12springstrampolines.nl.

Airtrack Base Protection

A specially designed anti-slip mat ensures that the AirTrack does not shift during use. This primarily increases safety but also protects the AirTrack from punctures, especially when used outdoors.
