Warranty

Claiming any warranty:

  • First report your complaint by email or by phone where you purchased the product. (Don’t forget to mention your phone number)
  • You need proof of purchase (the invoice)
  • Please clearly describe the problem in your email
  • For faster handling: please send photos that clearly show the problem
  • If necessary, the defective product must be sent to the technical service for inspection or repair. If photos have been sent, this is no longer necessary in some cases
  • An assessment will then take place to see whether the problem/defect is covered by the warranty.

Warranty conditions

  • In most cases, repairs or replacement parts are also possible for problems outside the warranty
  • Warranty period only applies to the first owner
  • For professional or public use, a 1-year warranty period applies to all parts
  • In case of improper use the warranty will be void. Wear and tear of parts are not covered by the warranty
  • The warranty is valid from the date of payment or delivery and for material and manufacturing defects
  • This warranty is limited to replacement of parts
  • Incorrect use or modifications can cause the device to be subjected to forces it is not designed to withstand. Damage caused by unusual use, installation or ‘modifications’ is not covered by the warranty.
