Warranty Claim Procedure
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Report your complaint by email or phone to the retailer where you purchased the product. Include your phone number.
Keep your proof of purchase (invoice) on hand.
Clearly describe the issue in your message.
For faster processing: include clear photos of the defective part.
If necessary, the product may be sent to the technical service for inspection or repair. In some cases, this is not required if the photos provide sufficient information.
After assessment, it will be determined whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty period applies only to the original owner.
For professional or public use, a maximum warranty period of 1 year applies only to parts suitable for public use.
Warranty is void in cases of improper use. Wear and tear on parts is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is valid from the payment or delivery date and covers material and manufacturing defects.
