Shipping Costs and Delivery times

Postage costs

For orders under €20,- incl. VAT, the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany are €6,95 (incl. VAT). Orders within the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany above €20,- incl. VAT* are delivered to your home without shipping costs.

For orders to the rest of Europe, please add your product to the shopping basket and enter the delivery address, the system will calculate the Transport costs for you.

IMPORTANT! For countries outside of the EU such as Switzerland or UK, all shipments are delivered via DAP Incoterms meaning that Import duties and taxes will be charged separately. Contact us if you have questions regarding these costs.

*Bulky or oversized items: some bulky or oversized items will incur additional Transport fees, these will be calculated in the shopping basket.

Pick up products:

Would you like to view the desired product first? No problem! 12SPRINGS-Trampolines has a showgarden in the Netherlands. Here you can first view your order and ask all your questions.

IMPORTANT: Please let us know in advance by email or telephone if you want to pick up or view a product and when, so we can ensure that the product or order is ready. This way you know for sure that your order is reserved, and it also saves waiting time.

You can also indicate at which dealer you want to view the product. We will then ensure that the product is available at the dealer.

Delivery time:

If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery time. Do you have special requests? Please contact us.

Dispatch

Private individuals: delivery from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only applies to parcels with regular parcel service, not for large volumes, heavy parcels and long objects, such as trampolines).

Companies: delivery from Monday to Friday.

If not at home: If the package cannot be delivered to the specified address during the first delivery attempt, the driver will try to deliver the package to the neighbours. If the driver is still unable to deliver the package, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You can check which parcel shop it was delivered to via the track and trace code.

Large orders (products that do not fit in 1 or 2 boxes) or are too large in size will be sent with a separate carrier and delivery will be by appointment. Delivery on Monday to Friday (so not on Saturday).

When ordering products that are no longer or temporarily out of stock or available, we will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery time. We will do our utmost to deliver the products as soon as possible.
